1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Monetize Me Army website (https://monetize-me.io) and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or purchase our programs. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Monetize Me Army, operated by PURSUIT CLOTHING LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Description of Services
Monetize Me Army offers an educational coaching program designed to teach participants how to build, grow, and monetize a personal brand. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Self-paced educational course modules
- Weekly group coaching calls with our team
- Access to a private community of students
- Templates, scripts, standard operating procedures, and tools
- One-on-one strategy and onboarding sessions (as included in your plan)
Our program is educational in nature. Except for the Views Performance Guarantee described in Section 4A, we do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, income levels, or results. See our Income Disclaimer for more details.
3. Payment Terms
By enrolling in our program, you agree to pay the full program fee as outlined during your strategy call. Payment options and pricing are discussed on a per-applicant basis. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors. If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for all scheduled payments regardless of whether you continue to actively use the program.
4. Refund Policy
All program fees are non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the program details, asked any questions you needed to ask during your strategy call, and made an informed decision to invest. You agree that no refund will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to lack of time to participate, change of mind, or failure to complete the program. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
The Views Performance Guarantee in Section 4A does not change this. Its sole remedy is continued service at no additional cost. It does not entitle you to a refund of any part of the program fee.
4A. Views Performance Guarantee
Where the Order Form you signed contains the Views Performance Guarantee clause, you are covered by this guarantee. Where your Order Form does not contain that clause, no performance guarantee of any kind applies to your enrolment.
a. The guarantee
If you meet the Posting Standard in Section 4A(c) for the full 90-day Guarantee Period and your Qualifying Videos have not together reached 1,000,000views, we will continue to work with you at no additional cost until they do. “Continue to work with you” means continued access to the Monetize Me Army community and to the weekly group coaching calls, where you can bring your content for review. It does not include additional one-to-one sessions or additional written script batches, which are part of the paid program term.
b. Reach, not income
This is a guarantee of views. It is not a guarantee of income, leads, enquiries, bookings, customers, revenue, or profit. Views are not earnings. We make no representation that any number of views will produce any business or financial result. See our Income Disclaimer.
c. The Posting Standard
You meet the Posting Standard if both of the following are true.
Cadence. Week 1 of your Guarantee Period is a setup week with no minimum. From week 2 through week 13 you publish at least 7 Qualifying Videos in each calendar week. You are allowed 1 missed week across those 12 weeks; a second missed week ends the guarantee. That is 84 videos in total, which is the cadence the program coaches you to hold.
Live coaching attendance. You attend at least 10 of the 12 weekly live group coaching calls held during your Guarantee Period. Attendance means being present on the live call; watching a recording afterwards does not count toward this requirement.
A Qualifying Video is one that is built from a script we wrote for you or from the personal content framework we built for you, is published to your Instagram Reels account under your own name or brand as nominated at onboarding, and remains publicly available until the end of the Guarantee Period. You may also post the same video to other platforms and we recommend it; views on any account you nominate count toward your total in the same way, and cross-posting counts once toward cadence, not multiple times.
d. The Guarantee Period
The 90-day Guarantee Period starts on the day you publish your first Qualifying Video. Nothing is counted against you before that, however long your onboarding or setup takes. We confirm your start date to you in writing once you begin. If you need to pause for a documented medical or family emergency, tell us in writing at the time and we will pause the clock rather than count it against you.
e. The Extension
If you met the Posting Standard and are still short of 1,000,000 views at the end of the Guarantee Period, the Extension opens and you keep the access described in Section 4A(a) at no cost. The Extension continues for as long as you keep meeting the Posting Standard, and we review it every 90 days. If you have reached the target, the guarantee has been met and the Extension closes. If you have stopped posting to the Standard, the Extension closes. If you are still posting and still short, it continues.
f. Measurement and how to claim
Views means the public view count shown natively by the platform for each Qualifying Video, added together across your nominated accounts, measured on the day after the Guarantee Period ends. To claim, email support@monetize-me.io within 14days of the end of your Guarantee Period with the subject line “Views Guarantee”, attaching a native analytics export or screenshots from each account you are counting, covering the full period. We will confirm within 10 business days. If you do not claim within 14 days, the guarantee lapses.
g. Sole remedy and scope
The continued service in Section 4A(a) is your sole and exclusive remedy under this guarantee. It does not entitle you to a refund, a credit, a partial refund, a transfer of fees, or damages of any kind. This guarantee applies solely to the Monetize Me Army Program. It does not apply to self-paced or do-it-yourself tiers, to any lower-tier product, or to any other service we sell. It is personal to you and may not be transferred or assigned. It is the only performance guarantee we offer, and no employee, contractor, closer, setter, or other representative is authorised to make, and you are not relying on, any promise or representation as to results, income, views, or outcomes other than this guarantee.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within our program - including but not limited to course materials, videos, templates, scripts, SOPs, frameworks, and community content - is the proprietary intellectual property of Monetize Me Army. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal education. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or publicly display any program content without prior written consent.
6. User Responsibilities
As a participant, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during the application and enrollment process
- Use program materials solely for your own education and business
- Not share login credentials or program content with third parties
- Conduct yourself professionally within the community
- Comply with all applicable laws and advertising regulations in your jurisdiction
- Take full responsibility for your own business decisions and results
7. SMS Program & Messaging
By opting in to receive SMS messages from PURSUIT CLOTHING LLC (Monetize Me Army), you agree to the following:
Message types: You may receive text messages related to application status updates, coaching call reminders and scheduling, program announcements and updates, and (with separate consent) marketing offers and educational content.
Frequency: Message frequency varies. During the application and onboarding process, you may receive multiple messages per week. Marketing messages are sent periodically.
Opt-out:You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message “STOP”, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Costs: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

No condition of purchase: Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any program or service.
Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.
8. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, apply to our programs, purchase any services, or consent to receive SMS messages from PURSUIT CLOTHING LLC (Monetize Me Army). By using our services or submitting an application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that someone under 18 has submitted personal information or enrolled in a program, we will terminate access and delete the data promptly.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monetize Me Army, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program. You acknowledge that results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and numerous factors outside our control.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the program at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these terms, disruptive behavior within the community, or sharing proprietary program content. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Virginia.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
